Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I get adjusted while pregnant?
Yes! Prenatal chiropractic is incredibly effective at relieving discomfort associated with pregnancy. Your chiropractor can communicate with your Ob/Gyn to ensure the safety of your baby. Let me know that you’re expecting and I can help guide you through each trimester of pregnancy, as your body changes!
Having a baby is difficult on your body! Postpartum chiropractic care is also safe and effective.
If your infant is having a hard time adjusting to life outside the womb, pediatric chiropractic is an amazing way to regulate your child’s nervous system and set them up for a lifetime of mobility and a boosted immune system!
Do I need to make an appointment or can I just walk in?
You are more than welcome to walk in at any time during business hours!
Our business hours are 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 6 p.m., Monday - Thursday, and 8 a.m. - 1 p.m., on Friday and Saturday.

I can’t find a time that works for me. What should I do?
Give me a call at (405) 594-7997. I understand that pain doesn’t just happen during office hours. If I’m available, I can make something work!
Is chiropractic care safe?
Chiropractic is a safe and effective way of reducing back pain and regulating your nervous system. In comparison to other aggressive or unnatural ways of managing pain, chiropractic is known to be one of the most safe AND effective pain management techniques. If you have more questions, give me a call or ask during your appointment!
Do you take insurance?
HSA and FSA cards are accepted as payment. I understand that insurance is beneficial for many healthcare needs and that you want to use it!
Because I don’t accept insurance, I am able to offer you a more cost-effective and thorough experience as a patient.
You will not pay for ANY hidden service fees or additional services that are needed to get you feeling better faster. That means that your appointment price includes ANY treatment I provide in the office. For example, if you need muscle/tissue work during your appointment, you don’t pay extra.
As your chiropractor, any decisions that I deem necessary for your care are included at NO additional cost. Insurance companies determine what treatment is “necessary” for your care - without any professional healthcare qualifications. My goal is to protect you, as a patient, from claim denials or large bills that come a month after treatment is provided. Transparency is key, in my practice.
